Sunshine and spring weather conditions were a welcome treat after the past month of heavy storms in Tahoe. The weather finally let up and COMUNE snow contributors were eager to take advantage of the conditions. The insane amount of snowfall provided unique snow features never formed before. The crew found a natural quarter pipe/hip feature as well as a few other little jibs right off the side of the road. After a few hours of digging they created a small skate park like zone for everyone to ride. A spring session wouldn’t be complete without grilling up some hot dogs and consuming copious amounts of cold beer. All the homies came out and everyone rode all day until the sun went down. It was definitely one of the most memorable days of the season.
